Analyzenn takes the protection of personal data seriously. This site is built to collect as little as possible: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no resources from third-party servers. This policy describes only the processing activities actually carried out.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this site is Adrien Hirvoas, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the name Analyzenn.

Appointing a data protection officer is not required: the activity involves neither regular and systematic monitoring of individuals on a large scale, nor large-scale processing of sensitive data. Any question about your data can be sent to the email address above.
2. Data collected
This site collects data through two channels only.
Contact form
Three pieces of information are requested: your name, your email address and the content of your message. These fields are mandatory; without them your enquiry cannot be handled. The form contains no optional fields and no additional data is collected without your knowledge.
Hosting provider's technical logs
Hosting the site automatically generates connection logs containing your IP address, the timestamp of the visit, the page requested and your browser type. These logs serve the operation and security of the server. Analyzenn does not consult them and does not use them for any audience measurement purpose.
No special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR (origin, opinions, health, biometric data and so on) is collected. The site carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making.

4. Recipients
Your data is handled by Adrien Hirvoas alone. It is never sold, rented or disclosed to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
One processor is involved: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site and technically receives the messages sent through the form (Netlify Forms). Netlify acts on Analyzenn's instructions under its data processing agreement. Messages received are accessed through a password-protected administration interface.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify, Inc. is a company established in the United States. Sending a message through the form therefore involves a transfer of personal data outside the European Union. That transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and incorporated into Netlify's data processing agreement. Netlify, Inc. is further certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension), which specifically governs this type of transfer to the United States.
If you would rather avoid this transfer, you can write directly tocontact@analyzenn.fr instead of using the form.
6. Retention periods

Data is deleted once these periods expire. Accounting records are the exception: their retention answers a legal obligation that cannot be waived.
7. Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no behavioural tracking tool, no social media share buttons and no fonts loaded from a third-party server. Every resource (stylesheets, fonts, images) is served from the analyzenn.fr domain. No prior consent is therefore required and no banner is displayed.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, which encrypts data submitted through the form while in transit. Security headers restricting embedding of the site in third-party pages, MIME type sniffing and access to browser sensors are configured at the hosting level. Access to received messages is protected by individual authentication.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:
- the right of access and to obtain a copy of the data concerning you;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- the right to erasure, within the limits of legal retention obligations;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to object, in particular to processing based on legitimate interest;
- the right to portability of the data you have provided;
- the right to give directions on what happens to your data after your death.
These rights can be exercised by writing tocontact@analyzenn.fr. You will receive a reply within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case you will be informed. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the person making the request.
10. Complaints
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or online atwww.cnil.fr.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulation. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Should a substantial change affect your rights, you will be informed by appropriate means.
